President-elect Barack Obama and his wife, Michelle, promised their two daughters that whether or not their daddy won the election, they would get a puppy. The Obamas now face a common dilemma. Their oldest daughter has a dog allergy, so they've publicly discussed their intention to find a hypoallergenic dog.¹
