Research Notes on Novacaine

Novocaine is a local anesthetic drug often referred to as procaine. It is most commonly used by dentists for tooth extraction, although it is also used in other surgical procedures such as Liposuction, Blepharoplasty, Mini Facelift. Because some patients have allergic reactions to Novocaine, lidocaine is used as an alternative.
