Research Notes on Novantrone Overdose
An overdose may occur if more than the prescribed dose of Novantrone is used. Signs of an overdose may include leukopenia, tachycardia, and marrow hypoplasia.1 An overdose of this medication may also produce symptoms that are similar to the side effects of Novantrone, but with more severity. Seek medical attention if an overdose does occur.2

- Novantrone is used in the treatment of prostate cancer, acute nonlymphocytic leukemia, and multiple sclerosis.
