Some possible side effects of Nortriptyline may include fast heart rate, chest pain, sudden numbness, headache, confusion, hallucinations, seizure, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, loss of appetite, constipation, diarrhea, weight changes, dry mouth, lack of coordination, blurred vision, mild skin rash, breast swelling (in men or women), or increased sweating. This medication is used in the treatment of depression. Nortriptyline is also sold under the brand name Pamelor.1
