Norovirus is one of the common causes of gastroenteritis among infants and children. Toddlers with norovirus infection will manifest symptoms such as watery diarrhea, nausea and vomiting. They are prone to dehydration and are given oral rehydration fluids to replace fluid loss in norovirus infection.
