Research Notes on New CPR Technique


Researchers reported that three times as many people will survive a cardiac arrest if the new method of resuscitation is used. This new technique involves 200 chest compressions, followed by a shock from a defibrillator. This new method is not intended for people untrained in using a defibrillator machine.
