Research Notes on Neurofibromatosis Syndrome Type II
Neurofibromatosis Syndrome Type II is a condition that involves the growth of benign tumors in the nervous system. Tumors commonly associated with neurofibromatosis syndrome type II are vestibular schwannomas or acoustic neuromas. Symptoms of this condition may include hearing loss, unsteady gait, headache and facial weakness.
