Neck Pain and Migraines

Research Notes on Neck Pain and Migraines

The head and neck region is very susceptible to different stresses. Problems such as habitual bad posturing (which can cause misalignment of the head, neck and spine), whiplash injuries and other possible causes can cause pain which can radiate to different parts of the head, neck and shoulder areas. It can cause headaches/migraines, nausea, muscle tension, blurring of vision or even vomiting.
