Research Notes on Migraines and Sounds
Loud sounds may trigger a migraine headache. Besides triggering a migraine, loud sounds may also aggravate an existing migraine. To help get rid of a migraine, besides taking medication, being in a quiet, dark room with no distractions may also help.
