Research Notes on Migraine
Migraine is a type of vascular headache. A typical migraine causes episodes of moderate or severe headache (often one-sided and pulsating) that can last from 4 to 72 hours. It is often accompanied by nausea and vomiting, a heightened sensitivity to bright lights (photophobia), odor, and sound.1
