Research Notes on Metronidazole
Metronidazole is used commonly to treat vaginitis, bacterial vaginosis, and acute gingivitis. It has also been used in conjunction with other drugs to treat Crohn's Disease. It is distributed in the United States under the name Flagyl by Pfizer.
