Research Notes on Methylprednisolone
Methylprednisolone is a corticosteroid that is similar to a natural hormone produced by the adrenal glands. Methylprednisolone relieves inflammation and is used to treat certain forms of arthritis, skin, blood, kidney, eye, thyroid, intestinal disorders, severe allergies and asthma. Methylprednisolone is also used to treat certain types of cancer.
