Research Notes on Low Fat Diet
A low fat diet consists of consuming food where not more than 30% of the total calories come from fat. The focus of the diet is reducing the amount of saturated fat in the diet. Low fat diets have been the model of several diet plans such as the American Heart Association Diet, the Dean Ornish Diet and the Pritikin Diet.
