Research Notes on Lorazepam Dosage
The typical starting dosage of lorazepam in the treatment of anxiety is 1 mg taken two to three times daily. If treating insomnia due to anxiety, your physician may recommend 2 mg to 4 mg taken once daily at bedtime.1
