Living with attention deficit disorder (ADD) (medically referred to as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder or ADHD) may mean getting treatment, involving a parent or significant other in therapy sessions, and consulting with an ADHD coach. It is also important to get plenty of sleep and exercise. People with attention deficit disorder should also find ways to boost their self esteem, gain effective study habits, and avoid multitasking.1
