Research Notes on Lamotrigine Rash
There is a risk of serious skin rashes developing with the use of lamotrigine. These skin rashes, while rare, can be fatal. Patients under the age of 16 are more susceptible to suffering skin rash as a side effect of lamotrigine. Lamotrigine is sometimes recommended in the treatment of epilepsy and bipolar disorder.
