Kindler syndrome is a rare congenital disease of the skin that usually presents itself within the first year of life. Young children are likely to blister with minor trauma and are prone to sunburns.1

Fast Facts:

  • May be difficult to differentiate from variants of epidermolysis bullosa in newborns. 2
