Research Notes on Jill Eikenberry
Jill Eickenberry is an actress best known for her role in L.A. Law, where she co-starred with her husband Michael Tucker. In 1986 she was diagnosed with breast cancer, which she was successfully treated over the next two years. Since then, she has become an activist for breast cancer research and early detection. Together with her husband, she is the official spokesperson for the Susan G. Komen Foundation, a national organization dedicated to the advancement of breast cancer education, research and treatment. In 2001, at the age of 53, Jill was diagnosed with osteoporosis with a -2.9 bone density test.
