Research Notes on Jet Lag
The term “jet lag” is used to describe symptoms that result from temporary desynchronization of circadian rhythm between a traveler’s internal clock and the external environment. The major known mediator of the internal clock is melatonin, and melatonin supplementation can help fight jet lag.
