Research Notes on Imipramine Dosage
In the treatment of depression, the initial starting dose of imipramine in adults is typically 75 mg daily. The dosage may be increased to 150 mg daily. When treating childhood enuresis, 25 mg each day should be administered to children over the age of six. Depending on the child's age, the dosage may be increased gradually.1
