Illegal drugs are chemicals that alter a person's way of thinking. They can come in the form of pills, plants, or liquids. Some examples of illegal drugs include heroin, cocaine, marijuana, and ecstasy. Some drugs can become addictive.1

- Drug withdrawal symptoms may include vomiting, sweating, and tremors.2
- Treatment for drug addiction is available as in-patient or out-patient rehabilitation.3
