Research Notes on Hypogonadism and Impotence
Hypogonadism is a condition where the sex glands (testes in men, ovaries in women) produce little or no hormones. Symptoms of hypogonadism in men may include impotence or erectile dysfunction, infertility and absence of secondary sexual characteristics. Treatment may include hormone replacement to make up for the testosterone deficiency.
