Research Notes on Hydrocephalus Types
Hydrocephalus has two forms which are ex-vacuo and normal pressure hydrocephalus.1 In ex-vacuo hydrocephalus the brain tissue may shrink, and normal pressure hydrocephalus is most common in the elderly.1 It may also be communicating or non-communicating.1
