Osteoporosis is a preventable disease. There are many things you can do to prevent suffering later in life. Exercising at least twice per week; doing things such as weight-bearing exercises such as running, and resistance training- are essential for building strong bone structure. Excercise can prevent the pain and cost of a hip replacement in your later years.
