A serious risk involved with getting a tattoo is the contraction of Hepatitis C or Hepatitis B with use of a needle contaminated with the blood of an infected person.1Anyone interested in getting a tattoo should be aware of the risks and visit a few tattoo studios, look around and ask questions about the safety procedures.2
