Research Notes on Healthy Nuts
Nuts are great sources of minerals, protein, and the good kind of monounsaturated fats. They have also been shown to lower the risk of heart disease. Walnuts, almonds, cashews, brazil nuts,and macadamia nuts are all good choices.
