By nutritional standards, the guava fruit is considered the healthiest. It is low in calories, high in fiber, and filled with vitamin C, and carotenoids. Another healthy fruit is the watermelon which is also high in vitamin C as well as having about 25% of the USDA recommendations for dietary fiber and potassium. All fruits are beneficial to you, and fresh is better than canned, which can contain added sugar.
