Research Notes on HealthLat
HealthLat is a patient safety report program that gathers, analyzes and sells non-identifiable patient health information. Physicians add patients under their care into their HealthLat accounts to report information. The program uses an auto-generated patient ID in lieu of identifiable information to represent patients. Templates created from clinical guidelines are used to report information. Currently physicians can report more than 10,000 types of allergies, diseases, conditions, drugs, medical tests, surgeries, signs and symptoms of their patients.1
