Green tea has been shown to increase metabolism in our bodies, which is a major factor in weight loss. Drinking green tea has also been shown to have no side effects, which makes it a healthier choice than diet pills.1 Studies have shown that two to five cups of green tea per day will account for burning 60 calories.2
