Green Tea

Green tea is not caffeine-free, but usually contains about a quarter as much caffeine as coffee. Laboratory studies suggest that green tea may help prevent and treat a variety of cancers, but studies in people have shown mixed results. Some also believe that green tea and green tea extracts can improve mental alertness, aid in weight loss, lower cholesterol levels, and protect skin from sun damage.
