Research Notes on Gestalt Therapy
Gestalt Therapy is a theory and practice that focuses on a person's experience in the present moment. Through therapy, individuals become acutely aware of what they are doing psychologically and how they can create significant change in their lives. Gestalt therapy was co-founded by Fritz Perls, Laura Perls and Paul Goodman in the 1940s–1950s.
