Research Notes on Gail Wilensky
Dr. Gail Wilensky is a well-known economist, healthcare policy expert and a motivational speaker. She earned her bachelor's and master's degree in psychology and doctorate in economics at the University of Michigan. She has served in several positions in the government for Medicare and Medicaid policy development. Currently, she is a Senior Fellow at Project HOPE (an international health education foundation) and a commissioner on the World Health Organization's Commission on the Social Determinants of Health.
