Research Notes on Common Football Injuries
Football is a team sport, which involves kicking a ball in an attempt to score a goal. The types of football are Gridiron football (which includes American football and Canadian football), Australian rules football, Gaelic football, and Rugby football.1 Since it is a rough sport, players are prone to tackles, punches, and falls can all lead to sprains, breaks, and concussion.
