Fluocinonide (Fluonex, Lidex, Lidex-E, Lonide, and Lyderm) is a potent glucocorticoid steroid. It is used topically as anti-inflammatory agent for the treatment of skin disorder such as eczema. - Fluocinonide topical is used to treat the inflammation and itching caused by a number of skin conditions such as allergic reactions, eczema, and psoriasis.1
- Long-term use of Fluocinonide doses can lead to symptoms such as thinning of skin, easy bruising, changes in the shape or location of body fat especially in your face, neck, back, and waist.1
