Insomnia is a potential side effect of taking Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine).1 Less than one percent of Flexeril users reported experiencing insomnia while taking the drug.2 Your doctor may recommend switching medication or adjusting your dosage of Flexeril if insomnia becomes a problem.2
