Research Notes on Flavor Point Diet
The Flavor Point Diet is a weight loss program that targets the satiety center of the brain (the Hypothalamus) to control a person’s appetite. Limiting the flavor categories in a meal or snack makes it easier for the brain and stomach to reach the "flavor point" and makes a person refrain from eating.1

- The diet program was developed by Dr David Katz, an associate professor at Yale University School of Public Health. 2
- The diet promises delicious food and a breakthrough plan to turn off your hunger and help you lose weight for good.1
- The Flavor Point diet is arranged around flavor themes, in which each day has a set of meals based on a specific flavor.3
