Research Notes on Fibromyalgia and Walking
Aerobic exercise, in particular walking, has been recommended in the treatment of fibromyalgia. Fibromyalgia sufferers are advised to begin a walking program slowly, and gradually increase the frequency and duration of walking time.1 Always consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program.
