There are many different options for relieving fibromyalgia. Eating a healthy diet will strengthen the immune system and provide essential nutrients needed for pain relief. Exercise is also important for people who suffer from fibromyalgia. It helps strengthen muscles, ease stiff joints and decrease fatigue. There are also dietary supplements and prescription medications that can significantly relieve the symptoms of fibromyalgia.1
