Fibromyalgia pain may include painful tender points, deep muscle pain, chronic headaches, unending back pain, or neck pain.1 Fibromyalgia is a chronic condition that causes pain throughout the body with no other medical explanation for the symptoms.2 Fibromyalgia pain makes it difficult to sleep or exercise.1

- Researchers have found that people with fibromyalgia have reduced blood flow to parts of the brain that normally help the body deal with pain.1
