Fibromyalgia Diet

GuideWisdom™

This WisdomCard managed by: Nicole Kinsey

Persons with fibromyalgia should refrain from eating high cholesterol and caffeinated foods such as coffee, chocolates, salty foods, fried foods, carbonated drinks and alcohol. Dietitians claim that these foods will make the body's energy level go unsteady that is why even if the person feels tired, the body demands for more work and will just exacerbate the condition of the patient. Dietitians suggested to have a proper diet by eating healthful foods including those low in fat and high in immunity boosting antioxidants may work together to help maximize energy and alertness and minimize constant fatigue.
