Research Notes on Feldenkrais Method

The Feldenkrais method uses gentle motions to enhance the connection between mind and body. It was developed in the mid-twentieth century by Moshe Feldenkrais, DSc. This is taught in groups called "Awareness Through Movement" or private sessions called "Functional Integration" by certified Feldenkrais practitioners. Practitioners credit the Feldenkrais method with improving self-image, flexibility, coordination, range of motion, and overall physical and mental functioning.1
