Research Notes on Fast Food Diet
The Fast Food Diet is a new diet program wherein dieters can eat at their favorite fast food restaurants but still be able to achieve weight loss. This program teaches them to choose the right items on the menu and avoid those foods with high trans-fats.
Fast Facts:
- The Food Diet was developed and written by cardiologist Dr. Stephen Sinatra.1
- The diet plan suggests walking exercise targeting 10,000 steps a day.2
- The Fast Food Diet also includes some simple recipes that can be prepared in 15 minutes or less.3
