Research Notes on Existential Therapy
Existential therapy is a form of dynamic psychotherapy. The foundation of the therapy is the need for individuals to cope with four ultimate concerns: death, freedom, isolation and meaninglessness. The therapy has its roots in existentialism and existential philosophy.
