Eli Lilly & Co. agreed to pay $15 million to settle a lawsuit brought on by the state of Alaska, accusing the maker of hiding possible side effects of their commonly used schizophrenia medicine, Zyprexa. This settlement includes no admission of wrong doing on the part of Lilly.
