Dust Mites

Dust mites are the most common cause of allergy from house dust. They are hardy creatures who can live and multiply easily in warm, humid places. Exposure to high levels of dust mites are an important factor in the development of asthma in children. Keeping the humidity below 55 percent, using vent fans in bathrooms and kitchens to remove moisture, and if possible, removing wall to wall carpeting are a few steps you can take to reduce dust mites.
