Research Notes on Depression Self-Help
One of the first steps in depression self help is to monitor and regulate your emotions. When feelings of worthlessness begin to surface, it is important to replace them with positive ones. The depression self help strategy dictates that you move away from negative language and move toward positive language. Another depression related self help strategy is to set obtainable, realistic goals to help boost your overall mood and confidence.
