Research Notes on Depression Drug, Cymbalta, Eases Back Pain
The depression drug Cymbalta has been shown to significantly reduce back pain in comparison with a placebo. This drug is generally prescribed to treat depression, fibromyalgia, anxiety disorders and diabetic nerve pain. The study consisted of 236 adults with chronic low back pain that weren't currently taking Cymbalta for depression.
