Research Notes on Dead Sea and Psoriasis
The Dead Sea is recognized around the world for its beneficial healing effects in the treatment of psoriasis. Sunlight at the Dead Sea is high in therapeutic UVA rays and low in burning UVB rays, which makes sunburn a low risk.1 The combination of an enriched oxygen atmosphere, mineral-rich salt sea and mud, and thermo-mineral springs make the Dead Sea a perfect choice for climatotherapy.2

- The only place in the world where you can sunbathe for extended periods with little or no sunburn.1
- The Dead Sea lies about 400 meters below sea level, at the lowest point on earth.3
