Research Notes on DASH Diet for a Healthy Heart
The Dietary Approach to Stop Hypertension, DASH diet, is a great diet to lower both systolic and diastolic blood pressure. This diet has also been linked to reducing bad cholesterol (low-density lipoprotein). A new study has shown that now the DASH diet may reduce the risk of both a coronary heart disease and stroke.
