Cytotec is a brand name for the drug misoprostol. It is used as a treatment of peptic ulcers and to prevent them as well.1 It is also sometimes used to terminate pregnancy during the second trimester or to help induce labor in the event of a stillbirth.1 For complete information, see the misoprostol WisdomCard.
